Fiber Select® Inulin: Natural, Agave-derived, and Water-soluble
Inulin consists of fructooligosaccharides (FOS) that selectively nourish beneficial bacteria (probiotics) in the gut. A natural ingredient found in more than 36,000 plants including leeks, onions, chicory roots, Jerusalem artichoke, garlic, and wheat, ours is derived from the Mexican Agave plant.
Known to support human gut health, Inulin also promotes healthy digestive function in animals. It nourishes friendly bacteria and acts as a bulking agent (supports regularity). By maintaining healthy flora in the gut, inulin ultimately helps to:

- Support absorption of minerals and vitamins.

Bifidus bacteria are both friendly and beneficial to overall health. FOS can support the growth of these particular bacteria in the animal’s digestive system.
